Dr. Mitali Dasharathbharthi Gauswami, is the co-promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of Prizor Viztech Limited. She is awarded an Ph.D. by FRANKFORD INTERNATIONAL university, country. She is an MBA in Operations Management IGNOU and a B.Pharma from Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University, Gujarat. She is associated with Prizor Viztech Ltd. since inception and has over 9+ years of experience in the field of Tech and cyber security space. She is appointed as the Chairman & Managing Director of the company PRIZOR VIZTECH LIMITED May 09, 2024 for a period of 5 years; and her primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the company - ensuring flawless execution of business strategy, efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality standards as per industry requirements.
Dr. Gauswami Dasharathbharthi Gopalbharthi Wholetime Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gauswami Dasharathbharthi Gopalbharthi, is the co-promoter, Wholetime Director & Chief Financial Officer of Prizor Viztech Limited. He is awarded an Ph.D. FRANKFORD INTERNATIONAL university, country. He is an MBA from Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University, Gujarat and B.Com from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Patan, Gujarat.
Eaerlier, he served as General Manager at M/s. CVG Security Solutions Private Limited, and as Sales Manager at M/s. Magus Sales and Services Private Limited.
He is associated with Prizor Viztech Ltd. since inception and has over 12+ years of experience in the field of Tech and cyber security space. He is appointed as the Wholetime Director of the company PRIZOR VIZTECH LIMITED May 09, 2024 for a period of 5 years; and his primary responsibility is to oversee the overall marketing, accounts, finance and administration of the company.
Dr. Brahma Ghosh Raval Non-Executive Independent Director
Dr. Brahma Ghosh Raval is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Prizor Viztech Limited. He is a Branding & Marketing professional - a decorated Ph.D. Gold medallist in Management (Marketing) from GLS University and PGDM Marketing from SLIMS, Ahmedabad. His primary role is to guide the leadership in creating brand presence, marketing strategy and communication & PR at national and international scale.
Dr. Raval has over 13+ years of experience in the field of Branding, Marketing, Communications and PR.
He also contributes to the world of academia by teaching at reputed management institutes of India as visiting faculty. He serves as guest editor in reputed research journals; and has published various research papers in national and international journals.
He has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company PRIZOR VIZTECH LIMITED
Mr. Dahyalal Prajapati Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Dahyalal Prajapati, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Prizor Viztech Limited. He is an accomplished MBA from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University and also a B.Com from same university.
He has a spent a decade working in the field of business development, consulting and financial services, and has also played key role at organisations like Marwadi Shares & Finance Limited and CARE Ratings Limited. He is a professional consultant and runs his own proprietorship firm, M/s. Adidhan Venture. He has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company PRIZOR VIZTECH LIMITED February 26, 2024.
